We first met Carol through our neighbors, she had represented them as both their buying and selling agent, and when we finally had the chance to talk to her my husband and I both said that if we were to ever sell our house, she would be the person we’d call. We had a wonderful experience working with Kristen as buyers. We actually found her through a random search for realtors when we happened to be in the area for a short visit as we didn't know anyone in the area. I had known Carol as a Sea Ranch neighbor and found her engaging and fun, and when I became her client upon deciding to sell my house, I saw her professional side, which was not only engaging and fun but also competent, caring, extremely detail-oriented, prudent and savvy all along the way. I had no fear that any lack of attention on my part or any ball dropped by anyone involved would undermine our goal to get the highest and most trustworthy offer and close the deal. My husband and I purchased our house on The Sea Ranch in December of 2017. We were living in Georgia at the time and were looking to retire back to California. Hanne was such a great help in finding the right house for us. Shopping for a house long distance is difficult, but she made sure that everything ran smoothly, from showing us houses of interest to completing the final paperwork from Georgia for our purchase. She was always available to answer our questions and to find positive solutions to any problems that arose. 3 years after purchasing our Pine Cone house, we decided to downsize and move to the hillside of The Sea Ranch. This move would prove to be a bit more complicated due to the Covid outbreak and also the time frame needed to simultaneously sell our home and buy another. Kristen’s upbeat personality and “can do” attitude paved the way for a very pleasant and smooth home purchase process. Where do I start? We met Kristen when she showed us a home that we asked to see and she stepped in for the realtor. She stayed in touch, and then the stars aligned. She walked us through several options, including buying a lot and building, but we ended up selling our place and buying another at the same time and during one of the biggest inventory shortages the TSR has ever seen!
