Born and raised on the Northern Mendocino Coast Moriah is the 4th generation in her family to embrace making the coast her home. The pristine beauty, endless outdoor activities and, a healthy lifestyle promoted by living here continue to be something she loves to share with others. In fact, Moriah is raising her young family here. Moriah’s business model of service, integrity, and honesty has served her well during her previous 22 years as a mortgage lender….and now as a real estate agent.

The 22 years she spent in real estate finance was focused on the Mendocino - Sonoma Coast, where she became very well versed in the unique coastal properties that define our beautiful community. This, coupled with her experience in coastal land acquisition, development, and property management allows her to assist her clients in understanding the process in a multi-faceted way.
