Marianne Harder

Marianne Harder has been part of The Sea Ranch community for more than 35 years. She began her career in hotel management before becoming a licensed Sales Agent in 2005. In 2007, she and her husband, Steve, who has worked in real estate since the 1980s, opened their own brokerage.

Marianne and Steve live full-time at The Sea Ranch, where they were married in 1983. They purchased their first lot in 1986 and, together with a local architect and contractor, designed, built, and remodeled homes in the area.
