Kristen Winant

Kristen (KK) Winant’s passion for the Sea Ranch and the Mendonoma coastal community started in the early 1990s when she rented a house at Sea Ranch with friends. Twenty-five years and numerous visits later, she and her husband Rob decided to buy a lot with the idea that they would build a house here when they were ready to retire. They were so excited that, without waiting for retirement, they moved into a rental home and started building their dream home, which they moved into in 2021.

Kristen enjoyed the process of searching for real estate so much that she decided to reinvent herself as a realtor and started working with Liisberg & Company in 2019. Before that she received her Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley and was an Operations Executive at small, medium and F500 companies. She also started a venture-backed restaurant company (The Melt). She was consistently recognized for her managerial/leadership, analytical, and process management skills. One manager described her as a data geek who can also talk to people.

Thanks to a little luck, hard work and support from her colleagues, Kristen quickly became one of the top realtors on the coast (in terms of sales volume). She is most proud of her reputation as a down to earth and honest realtor with buyers and sellers alike.
