I get to do what I love every day, sell real estate in the Sea Ranch. I joined Liisberg & Company in August 2014 as a full-time real estate agent. Always dreaming of living on the West Coast, I left the New York/New Jersey area and the corporate world behind and moved to the Bay Area in 1996. In 1999, an opportunity allowed my husband Paul and me to move full-time to the Sonoma/Mendocino Coast. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was co-owner and gallery director of Studio 391, a photography gallery in Gualala with my husband, Paul Kozal, for 10+ years. I was a founding member of the Cypress Village Gallery District and served as co-director of Art By The Sea/The Sea Ranch Art Tour. A passion for architecture and design combined with a background in sales, marketing, and advertising provides valuable insight to buyers and sellers.
